What is S.T.O.P?
I’m sure you’re wondering what S.T.O.P stands for.
One morning I laid in bed and felt God’s heart for the children of the world. As I felt these emotions, I sensed that there was essentially nothing that I could do as an individual. Yet I was reminded by God that there was some thing that I could do. I could PRAY. Tears flooded my eyes and within my heart I began to ask God to save the children in the world from the satanic plots that have been set against them for ages. I realized that God had kept me and if He could keep me He could keep others. I felt a challenge rise up within my spirit. I felt a question burning from within…
Will you believe God to do the impossible, not just in your family and city but across the nation and the world?
As I felt this challenge, I realized that yes children needed prayer and to be saved by God, but so did many others. I stopped in my tracks as I realized the depth of meaning that encompassed 1 Samuel 15:24; 2 Chronicles 7:14,15
1 Samuel 15:24
“And also the Strength of Israel will not lie or relent. For He is not a man, that He should relent.”
2 Chronicles 7:14,15
“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.”
Thus S.T.O.P became my response to the challenge. Recognizing that I am only human, I decided that I would use the power that God has given me through prayer to usher His will into the earth.
We shall stop in our tracks and rescue those in need through the power of faith in prayer to our God.
We pray and He saves.
