Enjoying Nature
Right now, my kids and I are sitting outside in the back yard. Normally our outside times are filled with running, arguing, playing, play fighting, other kids and so much more. It is very nice, peaceful even, to sit outside in the grass while my kids do the same.
It is such a blessing to have green grass, a house, kids, a husband, and peace. These are all things that are easily taken for granted. I am so thankful for these people and things.
I am really enjoying the sound of the wind.
I think I’m going to sit out here and do my school work. I still have a lot of work to do, but sometimes a great atmosphere can make it a bit easier and more comfortable.
The Work Ahead Of Me
Wow!!! It’s Saturday morning. That is something that I normally look forward to, but today, I am thinking of all the work that I have ahead of me.
As many of you know, if you have read any of my blog, I am a student. I have been attending college all year and I think it’s beginning to take a toll on me. That isn’t good for me because I am getting ready to end some classes, that I need to catch up on, and beginning others in a week and a half. I really enjoy going to school, but I think I am going to have to schedule in some off time. It is what I really need.
I have so much work ahead of me right now…
Yes, it’s what I need, but the reality of it is that I won’t be able to really take a break until the end of the year. I am really trying to get finished and I have already scheduled my classes. I actually scheduled them back in March.
Oh how I wish you could see my face. You would really understand how I am dreading the work ahead of me. (Sigh) I have to get it done.
I know you are thinking, “If you have so much work to do, why are you on here blogging right now?” Well, I felt like I really needed to get out how I’m feeling about it right now. If I can blog about it , I can get it off my chest and then I can focus on what I need to get done.
Well, I’m off to accomplish all the work that I have ahead of me…
‘Til next time,
